Refund policy
We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24-hours after receiving your item to request a return. We do not provide return or Exchange for orders shipped outside of Kuwait.
لدينا سياسة إسترجاع لمدة 24 ساعة فقط. نحن لا نقدم خدمة الإرجاع أو الاستبدال للطلبات التي يتم شحنها خارج الكويت.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
للإسترجاع، يجب أن تكون السلعة بنفس الحالة التي استلمتها بها، غير ملبوسة وغير مستخدمة، مع العلامات، وفي تغليفها الأصلي.

We will refund your money through bank transfer within 2-3 weeks.

For all discounted items there will be no refund and no exchange.
